These genetically advanced beings with heightened libidos also have psychic abilities that can influence, modify, and alter the experience and memories of others. While detectives are investigating both the mystery of a headless corpse at a popular nightclub, and the apparent reappearance of people that have died, they uncover a mysterious breed of people capable of psychic manipulation (The Semblant).

A concurrent case of a serial killer, known as Daisy, who targets gay men, places increasing concerns and demands on the police. Could these two cases be connected?

They strive to make life or death better for those they meet, but it is important to note that not all Semblant are created equal!

Genre Change - Erotic Horror

I've been writing suspense fiction thriller style novels for a number of years now. My last couple of books have skirted along the edge of horror. So now I've decided to embrace this and pursue a horror story!

In addition, I thought why not write an erotic horror? This can be a challenge, as the erotic elements need to run true with the horror story and not be seen simply as add on sex scenes. Twenty chapters in, and I think I have accomplished this so far... although of course that will ultimately be for the reader to judge.

Writing about sex without using old cliched jargon is important, as is writing something that has a fresh feel to it - not just the old rumpy pumpy.

While I am not yet at the halfway mark, I feel a degree of renewed enthusiasm embarking on this journey. I'm even already having thoughts of a possible sequel.

This is a coming of age thriller. Starting with Ezekiel as a 7 year old, and taking him through to his mid twenties. It can also be described as dark fiction.

As the years passed, he developed increasing control and understanding of his abilities. But there was an evil out there. He could sense it and at times feel it. It struck out at those he knew and those he tried to help.  Lives had been lost and the innocent hurt. The Evil One was gathering strength and developing into a maestro of pain, torture and death. It became Ezekiel’s mission to find this monster and, God willing, put an end to the carnage."

This is a "coming of age" thriller and the first of this kind for me. It is book number 7, and for those that have read some of my other books you will notice some familiar characters. Of course, this is a stand alone novel, and there is no need to have read the others to enjoy this one.

The novel starts with Ezekiel seeing a psychiatrist at age 7 years. The book concludes with him in his mid 20's. The back cover story outline is below...
